What this is

List Fight is a public ranking people pay to move. Polls rank by votes. Fights rank by dollars. It is entertainment and a scoreboard. It is not a contest, raffle, charity, investment, or donation. You are not owed a prize, a refund, or a payout unless a creator has connected Stripe and a confirmed payment actually split.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create a list or pay. Do not use the site if you are not allowed to enter a card payment where you live.

Payments

• Votes, bids, and add-item fees are processed by Stripe.
• Rank moves only after Stripe confirms the payment.
• Payments are not refundable, including when a list later locks, ends, or is hidden.
• Preview and staging hosts use Stripe TEST mode — those charges are not real. On listfight.com, a confirmed Stripe payment is a real charge.

Your content

You are responsible for lists and items you add. You grant List Fight a license to host, display, and rank that content. We can hide, lock, or remove anything that breaks the rules, the law, or Stripe’s acceptable use.

Creator payouts

Create is free. “Get paid” uses Stripe Connect. Stripe — not List Fight — collects tax and bank details. After Stripe’s processing fee, the creator receives about 80% of the remainder and the platform keeps about 20%. Payout timing is Stripe’s. We can reverse a split if a charge is refunded or disputed.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. Rankings can lag and lists can be moderated. We are not liable for lost bids, lost creator links, or lists that do not stay on the homepage.
