List Fight (listfight.com) is a public scoreboard. Lists, items, ranks, and confirmed payment amounts are meant to be seen. We keep as little about you as we can.
What we store
- Public list titles, descriptions, items, ranks, and activity on the board.
- Confirmed payment amounts, item names, and timestamps so the ranking is honest.
- Optional feedback you send, including a name or email if you type one.
- Reports you file about a list.
- A creator token in this browser’s local storage so you can lock a list and get paid later. It is not an account. Anyone with that link can act as the creator.
- Theme preference (light or dark) in local storage and a cookie.
What we do not store
- Card numbers, bank accounts, or SSNs. Stripe collects those on Stripe-hosted pages.
- A password or login for voters. Paying does not create an account.
- Precise location. We may see a coarse IP on the server the way any website does.
Payments
Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy covers the data they collect to process a charge or Connect payout. Staging uses Stripe TEST mode. Production charges are real once live keys are on.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Public board data is public. We share payment metadata with Stripe so a vote or bid can settle. We may disclose information if required by law or to stop abuse.
Cookies
A theme cookie remembers light or dark. Stripe may set cookies on checkout. We do not run advertising trackers.
